Develop and coordinate Duynie’s external communications across Europe, especially Spain and Portugal. Responsibilities include writing and editing marketing content, managing content calendars, coordinating campaigns and product launches, maintaining brand consistency, organising events and webinars, monitoring performance, and supporting lead generation and conversion with Sales.

Provide senior legal advice to the Executive Board and corporate functions on corporate governance, compliance, strategic matters, and legal risk. Develop legal standards, templates, policies, and scalable processes; improve contract and outside counsel management; lead legal operations, knowledge sharing, and complex strategic legal projects. Partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to professionalize Cosun’s group-wide legal function.
