Serve as liaison between sales, operations, and customers; coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and documentation; monitor progress, perform QA tests, organize meetings, and communicate status to stakeholders while supporting the Regional Sales Manager.

Ensure safe, reliable operation of plant electrical systems through design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. Lead preventive/predictive maintenance, AC drive reliability, inspections, RCFA, regulatory compliance, capital project support, budget management, and cross-functional coordination. Supervise E&I staff, manage vendors/contractors, provide technical support for 24/7 operations, and train supervisors.

Manage client rework projects end-to-end: coordinate outsourced products, plant schedules, client materials, supervise staff, monitor progress, ensure quality standards, maintain documentation, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Process vendor invoices and weekly raw material (wood) purchases, reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve invoice/PO discrepancies, validate vendor payments, and perform data entry and related accounting tasks.
