Provide front-desk and administrative support: greet clients, answer and direct calls, perform scanning/data entry, prepare paperwork and client letters, manage office supplies and presentation, support event logistics and promotional materials, maintain a clean organized office, and remove miscellaneous tasks from advisors to enable client work.

Design marketing and branded assets across print and digital channels. Produce brochures, flyers, digital ads, social content, YouTube thumbnails, and email graphics. Maintain brand consistency, update/refine assets, support quick-turn requests, assist with internal document and presentation design, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop visual campaigns.
