Lead design, develop, implement, and support MES solutions (DeltaV MES/Syncade or similar). Integrate MES with ERP/LIMS/SCADA, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor engineers, support sales/estimation, and provide on-site commissioning and lifecycle support.

Lead automation engineer responsible for designing and implementing DeltaV DCS batch/continuous control strategies, developing documentation, configuring systems, supporting FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting hardware/software/network/instrument buses, creating custom reports and simulations (Mynah MiMic), mentoring engineers, and supporting proposals and project delivery.

Support, maintain, and optimize DeltaV control systems and associated network/server infrastructure. Design and test network architectures, perform configuration management, cybersecurity assessments, system patching, virtualization and backup/recovery tasks, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, and produce clear technical documentation while supporting customer projects and emergency service requests.

Design, implement, and support Level 3/Level 4 data management, historians, and reporting solutions using industrial platforms. Integrate plant systems (DeltaV, OPC, Modbus, SQL), lead projects, author proposals, support deployments, and advise on data integrity, analytics, and visualization best practices.

Provide on-site day-to-day administration, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of DeltaV control systems and related infrastructure. Configure and test servers, switches, workstations, and thin clients; support system validation, automation projects, documentation, and emergency service requests while collaborating across teams.

Design, configure, test, and commission Emerson DeltaV-based continuous and batch control systems. Support FAT/SAT, start-up, troubleshooting, historian integration (OSI PI), reports, process simulation, and lifecycle support on customer sites.

Sell industrial automation, control, reliability, and digital solutions across a regional territory. Build relationships with stakeholders, uncover opportunities, architect Emerson-based solutions, author proposals and PoCs, manage forecasts and account plans, collaborate with internal technical teams, and meet customers onsite across NC and SC.

Provide first-line remote support for Emerson DeltaV DCS and MES interfaces; troubleshoot batch recipes, hardware, software, network, and instrument-bus issues; communicate with operations and automation teams to minimize production delays; generate call logs and change records; mentor junior engineers; work rotating shifts and travel up to 5% for trainings/meetings.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles: source, screen, interview, onboard, maintain ATS records, run employer branding and co-op programs, coordinate career events, track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to meet hiring needs.
