Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: structure deals, secure lender approvals, sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, credit life, A&H), present aftermarket warranties, convert cash to finance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with sales leadership to maximize profitability.

Manage dealership financial operations including preparing monthly financial statements and forecasts, maintaining manufacturer accounts (warranty, rebates, co-op), analyzing financial statements and daily operating control to identify trends, drive process efficiencies, and communicate findings to leadership in a collaborative team environment.

Lead and develop high-performing F&I teams in a high-volume dealership. Drive profitability, compliance, lender relationships, and penetration of finance and aftermarket products while collaborating with sales leadership to optimize deals and customer satisfaction.
