Work onsite with a project sales team to manage daily sales centre operations, greet and inform the public, handle contract and inventory management, provide market feedback, participate in sales and marketing sessions, and assist in property sales launches. Support sales and marketing activities and maintain accurate records.

Perform equity research focused on mining and resource companies: build and maintain DCF, comparables, and scenario models; monitor macro, commodity, and regulatory developments; generate investment ideas and written reports; track KPIs and commodity trends; and collaborate with portfolio managers to develop sector strategies and identify risks.

Manage and optimize the companys Workday system: configure modules, maintain security and integrations, develop reports/dashboards, ensure data integrity and compliance, support updates and user training, and collaborate with HR and vendors to improve processes.

Support real estate development projects through feasibility, entitlement, design, and construction phases. Coordinate consultants and contractors, manage documentation, track budgets and schedules, assist with permitting, financial analysis, market research, risk mitigation, and prepare reports to keep projects on track.

Drive strategic growth across all CapWest divisions by identifying and securing new business, managing client and First Nations relationships, overseeing lead and proposal pipelines, coordinating internal teams for pursuits, and reporting on forecasts across government, institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential markets.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across business units: manage ATS, source and pipeline candidates, mentor TA team, coordinate interviews, use metrics and market data to shape offers, ensure compliance, support onboarding and employer branding.
