Senior fundraising leader responsible for securing and stewarding principal and transformational gifts, managing Corporate Philanthropy, Foundation Relations, and Planned Giving teams, personally managing a major gift portfolio, setting strategy and goals, collaborating with campus leaders, and driving donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to advance institutional priorities.

Provide business-focused research and instruction, serve as liaison to academic divisions, design accessible learning experiences, evaluate and pilot AI and other research technologies, assess student learning, support collections and campus engagement, and contribute to library-wide initiatives.

Designs and implements a comprehensive planned giving program, cultivates and stewards high‑value donors ($100k+), advises major gift officers, closes six‑figure planned and complex gifts, develops marketing and recognition programs, manages gift acceptance policy, conducts regular donor meetings, supports events and reporting, and travels with gift officers as needed.

Provide first- and second-level technical support for campus users via phone, email, walk-in, remote, and on-site; troubleshoot software and hardware (laptops/desktops), perform repairs, manage inventory and incidents, and support identity/hardware management systems (Entra/Intune/JAMF).

Provide live play-by-play commentary for Babson home sporting events, communicate scores, player numbers and stats, and serve as announcer for tournaments and other athletics events as needed.

Lead design and strategy for high-profile development programs (e.g., Babson Connect Worldwide), driving agenda/content, sponsor and advisory committee engagement, personal solicitation, stakeholder management, budgets, and outcomes. Partner with Events and Marketing for execution, engage senior leadership, manage international travel and registration, and oversee board-related initiatives to advance philanthropic goals.

Support production of single- and multi-camera home game broadcasts: set up/tear down equipment, operate the streaming computer (switch cameras, run graphics and commercials), manage video and ribbon boards, collaborate with athletics communications, and work nights and weekends during the academic year.

Coordinate and support experiential learning programs for undergraduate curriculum: manage course operations, supervise and train student leaders, handle communications and scheduling, assist faculty and stakeholders, organize events and office hours, maintain resources and budgets, and provide timely operational support for program delivery.

Owns a regional major gifts portfolio (~350 alumni/parents/friends), cultivates and solicits six- and seven-figure gifts, conducts frequent face-to-face meetings, builds donor strategies with leadership and volunteers, prepares proposals and briefings, and supports alumni annual giving and advancement events.

Manage daily administration of assigned graduate programs, provide academic advising, plan onboarding/orientation and events, maintain LMS and program materials, coordinate with faculty and Registrar, track student progress and compliance, analyze data and prepare reports, supervise cohort representative processes, support student retention and referrals, and travel to hub locations as needed.
