Manage full sales cycle for a PSA SaaS product: build and optimize pipeline, run product webinars/demos, pursue key decision-makers, negotiate terms, close deals, maintain forecasts, respond to leads, and meet or exceed quota.

Act as a pre-sales trusted advisor to demonstrate Krow PSA, partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle, qualify opportunities, run discovery, present solution-driven demos, and assist with RFIs/RFPs to align product capabilities to client business outcomes.

Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns and webinars to drive acquisition and expansion for SMBs. Collaborate with sales, product, and partners, measure and optimize campaign performance, and scale repeatable programs while reporting ROI and recommendations.

Provide high-quality technical support for the Krow PSA platform via email, phone, and desktop sharing. Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues, meet SLAs, own incidents from report to resolution, run monitoring reports, document solutions for the knowledge base, and collaborate with L1-L3 support and internal teams to improve automation and support processes.
