Lead and strengthen the group's finance function: standardize chart of accounts, improve systems and automation, own IFRS financial reporting and month-end close across multi-entity jurisdictions, implement internal controls and compliance (UAE/KSA focus), liaise with auditors and investors, and grow a high-performing finance team.

Lead and rebuild end-to-end customer support operations with an AI-first approach: run daily operations, diagnose root causes, implement automation and self-serve solutions, deploy LLM tooling, partner with Product/Ops/Tech, and grow a high-performing support team to improve CSAT, speed, cost, and automation metrics.
