Serve as owners representative for large airport IT and special systems projects: oversee design, cabling, networks, commissioning, FAT/SAT, stakeholder coordination, security alignment, and final closeout across multiple terminals.

Provide front-line IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues; manage tickets in Freshdesk/ServiceNow; coordinate onboarding/offboarding, workstation deployments, and IT asset inventory; deliver end-user training and support for Office 365 and Windows environments while documenting incidents and maintaining service levels.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Cost Accounting Team, including consultant timekeeping, budget memo preparation, project log maintenance, invoice verification, report generation, file management, and daily office administration to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness in a high-volume project environment.
