Coordinates daily jobs, schedules, field teams, installers, inspections, permits, materials, and customer communications. Manages warranty dispatch and follow-up, monitors staffing and job performance, prepares schedules and paperwork, supports profitability through VPOs and charges, and resolves customer issues. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office skills, independent judgment, and participation in an after-hours/on-call rotation.

Perform general ledger transactions, month-end close, project accounting, and financial reporting. Identify process gaps, support data requests, perform FP&A tasks, and collaborate with the accounting team.
