Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, compliance, employee relations, performance management, training, attendance and exit formalities; prepare HR reports and maintain records.

Manage India and Singapore cross-border tax compliance and advisory, including corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, DTAA interpretation, transfer pricing documentation, PE risk assessment, audit management, and tax structuring support for multinational clients.

Manage daily accounting operations including AR/AP, ledger entries, reconciliations, monthly reporting, GST and income tax compliance, bank reconciliations, and support statutory audits using cloud-based accounting software. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams to maintain accurate financial records and assist month-end closing and cash flow monitoring.
