Coordinate and run the Extended School Year program: organize daily operations, communicate with teachers, families, and providers, maintain student electronic case files (SEDS), provide coverage for arrival/dismissal and lunch/recess, and perform other assigned duties.

Coordinate daily school operations including student drop-off/pick-up, front desk oversight, meal count tracking and OSSE compliance, facilities and event setup, coverage for operations team, safety drills, audits, and related administrative duties to support students and staff in a bilingual Montessori public school.

Lead fundraising and strategic communications efforts: develop multi-year fundraising plans, cultivate and solicit major donors, manage grants and events, oversee communications and brand, support board engagement and external advocacy, and drive student recruitment and community partnerships to advance the school's mission.

Provide day-to-day building operations support at a bilingual Montessori school: manage transportation and drop-off/pick-up routines, cover front desk and service stations, maintain facilities and supplies, assist with safety drills and medical needs, organize events and supplies, track daily on-site attendance, and handle front desk communications and reporting.
