Provides technical support across ski resort technology systems, including POS, RFID, surveillance, digital signage, IP TV, music infrastructure, computers, and networking. Installs, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and documents hardware and software; manages support tickets through Freshservice; supports Microsoft endpoint and collaboration platforms; and assists users, vendors, and internal teams. The role includes on-call coverage, training, outdoor work, ladder climbing, lifting, and intra-resort travel.

Supervises Mountain Operations administrative and Dispatch functions, coordinating staffing, workflows, communications systems, financial tracking, safety documentation, compliance records, projects, and GIS or mapping information. The role leads Dispatch staff, maintains operational records and equipment inventories, tracks budgets and action items, supports capital initiatives, and coordinates information across departments. It also provides coaching, reporting, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement in a fast-paced ski resort environment.

Manage online orders from receipt through shipment, including picking, packing, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer service. Coordinate inventory transfers across resort retail locations, maintain system accuracy, support pricing compliance and promotions, verify discounts, and improve e-commerce fulfillment workflows. The role requires physical warehouse and retail work, maintaining shipping stations, and driving between resort locations as needed.
