Leads implementation and scale-up of digital health initiatives in Kenya. Coordinates government, technology partners, donors, and internal teams to plan deployments, validate systems, manage risks and issues, ensure technical quality, prepare reports, and support adoption and sustainability. Represents Living Goods in government engagements and technical working groups while contributing to product improvements, interoperability alignment, documentation, and continuous improvement of digital platforms serving community health workers.

Build and scale a major gifts fundraising program generating over $5 million annually. Manage high-capacity donor portfolios, cultivate relationships, secure six- and seven-figure gifts, develop solicitation and stewardship plans, and create exceptional donor engagement experiences. Partner with executives and program leaders to align donor interests with organizational priorities, expand philanthropic networks, and communicate Living Goods’ global health impact to philanthropists and family foundations.

Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. foundation and corporate funders, securing multi-year philanthropic investments for Living Goods. Lead donor relationships, technical conversations, proposal development, budgets, due diligence, grant negotiations, reporting, and pipeline forecasting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across programs, finance, compliance, communications, and international operations while supporting executive funder engagement and contributing to U.S. market strategy.

Leads Living Goods' technology, product, data, AI, engineering, cybersecurity, and digital health strategy. Oversees product portfolios, architecture, delivery, responsible AI governance, technology investments, and multinational teams. Partners with governments, donors, and technology organizations to strengthen community health information systems, align solutions with national standards, and transition platforms into sustainable government ownership.

Leads Living Goods’ global health program portfolio, setting strategy, overseeing multi-country delivery, managing evidence and insights, guiding innovation, and enabling geographic expansion. The role connects program needs with digital health and data technology, oversees performance frameworks, supports fundraising and donor delivery, and develops high-performing global teams. It requires extensive leadership experience in global health or international development, particularly across sub-Saharan Africa, with significant travel.
