Builds and maintains season-wide systems, documentation, workflows, calendars, databases, and project-tracking practices. Supervises and mentors department heads and production staff, supports safety and inclusive workplace practices, and drives process improvements that strengthen coordination, accountability, transparency, and organizational effectiveness.

Supports nonprofit fundraising operations by processing and coding gifts in Tessitura, reconciling contributions, tracking pledges, preparing donor acknowledgments, maintaining database records, assisting with audits, mailings, donor events, reporting, and departmental administration.
