Design, develop, and maintain secure Linux endpoint agents for Zero Trust authentication and access control. Implement PAM modules, systemd services, packaging (.deb/.rpm), integrate with backend APIs (OAuth2/JWT), secure networking (iptables/netfilter, OpenSSL/TLS), and debug system-level issues. Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications for Zero Trust authentication and endpoint security. Implement OAuth2, MFA workflows, secure storage, REST API integration, FCM push notifications, automated testing, and collaborate across backend, security, and product teams.

Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend microservices (Java Spring Boot and Go) for authentication, authorization, session management, and APIs. Build cloud-native services with Docker/Kubernetes, integrate databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis), implement OAuth2/JWT/SAML/LDAP, ensure performance and reliability, and collaborate on CI/CD and secure enterprise integrations.

Create and maintain clear, accurate customer and internal documentation for InstaSafe's Zero Trust security platform. Own docs site structure and lifecycle, collaborate with product and engineering, analyze support feedback to close gaps, produce guides, release notes, SOPs, and track documentation effectiveness using metrics.

Generate and qualify inbound/outbound leads, schedule demos, present InstaSafe cybersecurity solutions, coordinate with pre-sales and field teams, maintain CRM records, support proposals, and meet monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.

Build responsive, accessible, high-performance frontend interfaces in collaboration with design and backend teams. Implement pixel-perfect UIs, integrate RESTful APIs, ensure cross-browser/device compatibility, optimize performance, debug issues, and apply WCAG accessibility standards.

Own day-to-day Zoho CRM administration and data quality, manage deal desk and RFP responses, enforce sales compliance, drive follow-ups and action items to closure, support pipeline forecasting and reporting, and build standardized sales processes, playbooks, and CRM training to enable a disciplined sales motion.
