Lead day-to-day finance operations (accounting, payroll, invoices, payments), build AI-driven automations, ensure compliance and risk management, maintain financial models and scenario planning, support commercial deal evaluation, manage fundraising logistics and investor reporting, and contribute to grant writing and non-dilutive funding efforts.

Lead end-to-end process development and scale-up of a novel catalytic reaction and downstream separation from pilot to kilotonne scale. Build and validate computational models (e.g., Aspen), run hands-on pilot operations, troubleshoot equipment, optimize OPEX and energy efficiency, and deliver scalable engineering design packages in collaboration with internal and external partners.
