Contacts current and prospective customers by phone and at the walk-in counter to provide pricing, product, and delivery information; receive and write orders; coordinate with yard personnel; resolve customer issues; communicate order status to account managers; participate in physical inventories; and maintain product knowledge.

Owns product lifecycle from concept to sale for lumber products: market research, pricing, vendor sourcing, inventory budgeting and management, sales enablement, product introductions, and supporting sales with training and special programs.

Leads day-to-day yard and warehouse operations, including scheduling staff, overseeing forklift activity, shipping and receiving, order loading, inventory counts, remanufacturing, supplies, housekeeping, safety records, and employee training.
