Provides front-line admissions and registration support: answers student inquiries, processes applications/registrations/transcripts, manages student records in Jenzabar/JICS, ensures FERPA compliance, refers students to resources, and performs office support tasks.

Serves as the primary student contact for admissions and registration; processes applications, enrollments, verifications, transcripts, and database updates (Jenzabar); ensures FERPA compliance; assists with financial aid coordination, intake/scanning of documents, and general office support.

Process and verify vendor invoices, match to POs/contracts, manage vendor records, prepare weekly payments (checks/ACH), reconcile statements, support month/year-end close, audits, and vendor inquiries.

Leads institutional effectiveness and accreditation efforts, manages data collection/reporting and strategic planning, supports program proposals and assessment, ensures data integrity, oversees staff, and presents analyses to stakeholders to drive equity and student success.

Responsible for general ledger accountability, monthly close, reconciliations, financial and grant reporting, fixed asset management, purchase order lifecycle, audit support, and improving accounting systems while ensuring compliance with GAAP/GASB and funding regulations.
