Lead and oversee the organization’s financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, policy recommendations, depreciation and tax guidance. Manage accounting staff, prepare regulatory reports, liaise with banks, and support special projects and financial analyses.

Serve as senior accountant overseeing month-end close, financial statement preparation, GL reconciliations, grant accounting and compliance, budgeting support, financial analysis, and supervise grant/accounting staff. Prepare grant budgets, drawdowns, billings, audits, federal/state reports, and maintain accounting systems and dashboards.

Lead grant development and administration for an $8M+ portfolio, design program plans and budgets, ensure compliance with funder guidelines (HRSA), manage grant reporting and negotiations, maintain grants system, coordinate with finance and program staff, and supervise grant-related staff and interns.
