Manage regional office operations including administrative systems, HR records, benefits tracking, accounts payable, payroll, compliance, vendor relations, facilities oversight, inventory, and support for leadership.

Lead major gift fundraising by managing a donor portfolio, conducting prospect research and outreach, soliciting and stewarding gifts ($1K+), supporting campaigns and events, maintaining CRM records, and cultivating corporate and foundation relationships with frequent local and regional travel.

Support fundraising and development activities: assist with major events (banquet, golf outing, phon-a-thons), manage choir services and special events, supervise volunteers and residents, assist with grant writing and donor database, host campus visits, and perform general clerical and office duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
