Processes accounts receivable, billing, invoices, donations, reconciliations, and month-end reports. Supports audits, affiliate account inquiries, grants, and credit card reconciliation. Oversees an online store, including order fulfillment, vendor coordination, inventory management, purchase orders, and annual counts. Provides backup phone coverage and administrative support.

Develop and execute ATC’s marketing and communications strategy across email, social, search, web, print, broadcast, and events. Manage editorial planning, storytelling, campaigns, website content, podcast production, audience growth, vendor coordination, equipment, and performance reporting. The role requires strong writing, project management, digital marketing, analytics, and hands-on audiovisual production skills, along with occasional travel and physical equipment handling.

Lead advancement and fundraising strategy, cultivate donor and community relationships, manage donor systems and communications, oversee major gifts and sponsorships, produce advancement materials and reports, represent the organization at events, and support executive leadership and fundraising outcomes.
