Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, specialists, agents, and agencies to increase patient referrals. Set targets, introduce hospital services, collect and report visit and patient data, and support quality and safety initiatives. Analyze referral patterns and performance metrics to improve physician relations and service utilization.

Perform data entry and account classification, prepare supporting financial reports, reconcile bank and cash transactions, manage project financing requests, collect operational data for reporting, and support quality and safety documentation to meet hospital and departmental targets.

Develop and implement hospital marketing strategies tied to monthly/annual themes to promote services, events, and products to patients, families, staff, and the community. Engage in direct selling, liaise with doctors, meet targets, and support outreach activities.

Support procurement and distribution of general supplies, medicines, and medical devices for the hospital. Handle ordering, purchasing, supplier negotiation, follow-ups, and ensuring timely, standards-compliant delivery to meet hospital needs.

Support hospital procurement and distribution of medicines, medical equipment and general goods: source suppliers, evaluate demos, negotiate pricing, create and manage POs, follow up deliveries, maintain procurement records, report operational data, and support quality and safety procedures.
