Supervise assigned ski lift operations and crews, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and guest-focused service. Responsibilities include opening, operating, and closing lifts; monitoring tramway compliance; training and guiding operators; maintaining logs and manuals; completing paperwork; communicating by radio; troubleshooting; supporting scheduling; and enforcing safety standards. The seasonal role requires weekend and holiday availability, outdoor work in changing weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and advanced skiing or snowboarding ability.

Supports the Director of Sales in driving group lodging, conference, corporate meeting, incentive, association, and event revenue. Develops sales strategies, manages key accounts, generates new business, negotiates contracts, oversees pipelines, and mentors sales staff. Collaborates with revenue management and operations to optimize profitability, supports forecasting and performance tracking, represents the resort at industry events, and improves sales processes, materials, and customer experience.

Generates and closes group sales through inbound and outbound outreach, qualifies leads, processes bookings and contracts, and meets revenue goals. Maintains client relationships, coordinates resort experiences and group orders, conducts site tours, supports promotions and sales reporting, and updates CRM and digital content. The role collaborates with Sales Managers and resort departments while representing Snowbird professionally across client interactions.

Produce on-brand creative across digital, print, social, CRM, paid media, and on-site touchpoints. Edit short-form video cutdowns for major platforms, build scalable templates and design systems, manage asset libraries/versioning, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality creative on deadline.

Manage winter adaptive sports programs including staff hiring, training, scheduling, volunteer coordination, safety, equipment and budget oversight. Build partner relationships, ensure high-quality participant experiences, teach as needed, and support program strategy and continuous improvement.

Create, publish, and manage Snowbird’s social media content across major platforms. Capture and edit photography and video, write captions, manage community engagement, support influencer collaborations, cover events, and produce performance reports. The role collaborates across resort departments to maintain brand voice and promote year-round experiences. It requires expert skiing or snowboarding, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and occasional overnight stays during road closures.
