Manage and generate the master production/distribution schedule, lead ERP/MRP training and implementation, collaborate with sales/production/purchasing for forecasting and capacity planning, develop inventory strategy, present data to stakeholders, and lead special projects while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Lead product industrialization, design experiments, perform calculations, create drawings with GD&T, develop tooling and processes, investigate failures, document results, support testing and validation, and provide technical support across facilities within a regulated/QMS environment.

Perform, document, and analyze mechanical, thermal, and chemical tests on aerospace products; program and operate computerized test machines; use inspection instruments and environmental chambers; design test fixtures and procedures; maintain test records; troubleshoot failures; train and support stakeholders.

Manage and coordinate aerospace new product introduction (NPI) programs from inception to completion. Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; lead cross-functional teams; ensure compliance with aerospace standards; mitigate risks; engage customers and suppliers; and implement continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget program outcomes.

Serve as primary commercial contact to develop and expand relationships with key customers and partners. Create and execute strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical and delivery issues, improve forecasting accuracy, analyze sales metrics, and identify new revenue opportunities across programs, products, and market segments. Requires frequent customer engagement and international travel.

Plan and conduct R&D experiments, develop and evaluate test plans and prototypes, document requirements and procedures, optimize manufacturing processes, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and communicate results internally and externally.

Design, develop, and integrate manual and automated machines using CAD and modeling software. Create 2D/3D drawings, specify hardware/software, program basic PLCs and simple robot tasks, set up vision inspection, perform welding and machining, troubleshoot equipment, train users, and produce documentation and maintenance plans.
