Lead Carlisle’s national strategic account strategy for general contractors and design-build firms. Own executive relationships, develop vertical-specific sales plans, expand key accounts, and coordinate Sales, Product, Technical Services, Marketing, Operations, Leadership, and external partners. Provide market intelligence and customer insights while driving complex, specification-driven construction and roofing sales. The remote U.S.-based role requires approximately 70% travel and extensive experience with construction, roofing, building products, and multi-stakeholder account leadership.

Designs, supports, troubleshoots, and improves industrial automation and process control systems in a manufacturing plant. Leads controls projects from concept through commissioning, maintains PLC, HMI, SCADA, networking, and data systems, improves safety and equipment reliability, and resolves production issues. Develops technical standards and documentation, supports machine safety and compliance, coordinates vendors and contractors, and mentors maintenance technicians in controls, electrical diagnostics, instrumentation, and networking.

Drive process improvements and technical problem-solving in manufacturing plants. Analyze process data to reduce defects, scrap, rework, downtime, and costs; troubleshoot materials, methods, and equipment; and develop process specifications and controls. Lead R&D trials, new product launches, technology projects, and capital improvements using Lean, SPC, DOE, DMAIC, and A3 methodologies. Maintain SAP and production reporting systems while mentoring plant personnel.

Provide legal counsel to division leadership on commercial contracts, supply chain, product liability, IP, regulatory compliance, and operations. Partner with cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel and budgets, support compliance programs and internal investigations, and drive legal operations improvements to align legal strategy with business objectives.

Provide corporate legal counsel on securities law, SEC filings, corporate governance, and M&A. Lead due diligence, negotiate transactions, support board and corporate secretary functions, manage outside counsel and legal budgets, and advise senior management on legal risk and compliance.

Manages sales growth across North and South Carolina by developing territory plans, prospecting new business, supporting contractors and distribution partners, promoting building products, presenting to stakeholders, walking roofs, evaluating projects, tracking pipelines in Salesforce, and reporting on sales and competitor activity. Requires strong communication, presentation, customer relationship, and sales management skills, with moderate travel to customers, distributors, owners, and job sites.

Support plant finance by preparing performance reports, cost and variance analyses, forecasting, journal entries, and SOX compliance. Assist with standard costing, BOMs, inventory controls, and ad hoc financial modeling to drive operational improvements.

Drives technical sales, specification influence, territory development, and product adoption for building envelope systems. Builds relationships with architects, consultants, owners, contractors, distributors, and representatives; delivers technical education and presentations; reviews specifications and drawings; supports product selection, pricing, submittals, warranties, code compliance, and project execution. Tracks opportunities and territory performance, supports product launches, and provides market intelligence. This fully remote role requires extensive multi-state travel and occasional overnight and weekend travel.

Support financial planning and reporting for innovation projects: prepare budgets, forecasts, dashboards, variance analyses, track project spending, respond to data requests, and assist ad hoc analyses to evaluate new business opportunities.

Manage a defined B2B customer portfolio to ensure accurate order entry, timely shipments, invoice resolution, and strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, perform order calculations/conversions, track logistics in ERP systems, troubleshoot exceptions, and support continuous improvement while meeting order accuracy and past-due performance metrics.
