Manage inbound/outbound material flow and daily/weekly scheduling for SRP melt and HRPF operations across multiple sites. Coordinate carbon conversion, HRPF scheduling (furnaces, Danieli, ingot breakdown), titanium scheduling, vendor management, and ensure on-time delivery to plants and customers.

Ensure accurate calculations, deductions, compliance with SOX and regulations, perform audits and reconciliations, resolve employee payroll issues, coordinate with HRIS/Benefits, and identify process improvements while providing ad hoc reporting.

Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies for the Specialty Alloys & Components business unit. Create written and video content, manage digital and social channels, support crisis and community relations, partner with leadership on change communications, measure channel effectiveness, and engage employees as brand ambassadors.

Lead and optimize metallurgical manufacturing processes for titanium products, support raw material qualification, analyze chemistry/yield data, drive continuous improvement and standardize new products with operations, quality, and R&D.

Lead functional analyst for Oracle EBS Supply Chain responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain process optimization, ERP solution delivery, integrations, lifecycle management, upgrades, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership to standardize and scale supply chain operations across Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment.

Develop and qualify forged materials and manufacturing technologies. Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and quality to assess customer requirements, troubleshoot issues, execute production projects, present progress to leadership, and support proposals and customer interactions.

Design, configure, implement and integrate process control and automation systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA) to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability. Troubleshoot process issues, support capital projects, implement control strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain process documentation.
