Greet and route patients and visitors, manage phone and MyPrevea communications, schedule and confirm appointments, collect/verify demographics and insurance, page on-call providers via Epic, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely handling of inquiries.

Serve as primary HCM system administrator overseeing configuration, security, data integrity, integrations, reporting, and vendor relations. Lead/ support implementations, upgrades, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Build reports/dashboards, ensure compliance reporting, identify automation opportunities, and provide tiered support across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Operations.
