Handle inbound high-ticket sales calls (average $10-15K), follow proprietary selling framework, manage pipeline/CRM, deliver consultative presentations via Zoom, hit quotas, participate in daily coaching, and continuously improve sales skills.

Maintain high-volume, multi-entity accounting: AP, AR, billing, revenue and commission reconciliation, payroll, credit card and bank reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting support. Investigate discrepancies, ensure controls, and improve processes while meeting recurring deadlines and supporting commissions across multiple companies.

Manage accounting for multiple client entities: oversee full-cycle accounting, month-end close, review financial statements and staff work, maintain controls, ensure compliance (941, sales tax, 1099), improve processes, and communicate with Controllers and clients while developing Staff Accountants.
