Supports real estate contract accounting for assigned stores by processing rent-related accounts receivable and payable transactions, invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments. Reconciles rent statements, manages customer and vendor records, prepares reports, follows up on collections, resolves discrepancies, and communicates with landlords, franchisees, and internal teams. The role also supports legal and collections documentation, tracks store changes, and maintains accounting deadlines and records.

Monitor, measure, and improve enterprise data quality across sales, finance, supply chain, loyalty, and customer domains. Define and implement data quality rules, SLAs, and automated checks (Databricks/SQL/PySpark/Delta Lake). Perform data profiling, root-cause analysis, build scorecards/dashboards, support MDM and governance, and collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Provide operational and strategic guidance to franchisees to improve store performance, compliance, and profitability. Conduct regular site visits, training, audits, and openings; analyze financials; recommend action plans; and build strong franchise relationships to drive sales growth and brand standards.

Provide day-to-day help desk support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Use ticketing systems to resolve incidents, maintain inventory and documentation, assist with Microsoft 365/Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/VPN/patch management/Anti-Virus, and support Apple device deployment. Collaborate with other locations, vendors, and senior IT staff; follow and improve policies; manage assigned projects and pursue professional development.
