Coordinate workforce documentation, onboarding, resource tracking, access requests, timesheet management, and operational governance. Maintain Confluence and Planview records, support financial accruals and SOW reviews, capture meeting minutes, and ensure organizational processes and files are current.

Provide onsite end-user computing support across client sites: image and set up PCs, troubleshoot hardware/software (Windows 11, Office, Outlook, Skype), perform IMACs, support C‑Suite/VIP users, assist IT projects, follow logging/reporting procedures, and travel between client locations as needed.

Coordinate requirements gathering and documentation for data-management projects. Serve as liaison between business and technical teams, write business and technical requirement documents, assist with data lineage and design, track JIRA tasks and releases, and support Agile team ceremonies while managing multiple priorities.

Implement, integrate, test and support Murex MX.3 integration modules (MxMLExchange, Datamart, APIs, workflows). Build and convert interfaces, automate processes with scripting, resolve client support cases, participate in SIT/UAT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and cloud readiness.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain complex software for the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE). Integrate tactical systems with simulation interfaces, follow SDLC and contractual standards, troubleshoot technical problems, propose technology solutions, and collaborate across engineering disciplines in classified and unclassified environments.
