Administers PAM and directory services (AD/Entra ID/Azure AD), supports user lifecycle, conducts access reviews, integrates identity telemetry into SIEM, investigates IAM incidents, and partners with IT and SOC to reduce access-related risk while supporting audit and compliance efforts.

Establish, maintain, and validate cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs. Develop and update policies, manage audit readiness and evidence collection, perform risk assessments, track controls and remediation, support audits and incident response documentation, run security awareness efforts, and prepare executive compliance and risk reporting while partnering with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams.
