Supports pre-construction and project planning for turnkey conveyor systems by compiling estimates, performing bid takeoffs, preparing proposals, coordinating suppliers and bidders, sketching conveyor layouts, and supporting supplier buyout and project handoffs. The role collaborates with sales, project managers, customers, contractors, and internal teams while improving estimating processes and supporting quality, safety, and environmental objectives.

Supports pre-construction and project planning for turnkey conveyance systems by compiling bid data, preparing estimates, performing takeoffs, creating conveyor layouts, coordinating suppliers and bidders, and developing proposal materials. The role supports supplier buyouts, vendor onboarding, project handoffs, and estimating process improvements while coordinating with sales, project managers, contractors, customers, and internal teams. Work is split between office, industrial sites, and supplier facilities, with moderate travel and occasional weekend work.

Provides on-site administrative support, including office management, filing, communications, invoicing, payroll and billing data entry, purchasing, inventory, reporting, KPI tracking, safety documentation, employee activity coordination, and schedule updates. Maintains professional office operations while supporting management projects and EHS and quality objectives under ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards.
