Manage end-to-end customer experience across assigned B2B cloud technology accounts. Responsibilities include improving retention and satisfaction, overseeing implementations and cases, maintaining CRM data, managing escalations, conducting service reviews, supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolving credit and cancellation requests, meeting SLAs, and partnering with account management, billing, contracts, and customer success teams.

Owns documentation, vendor onboarding, service metrics, reporting, operational tracking, and workshop coordination for Babble’s managed cybersecurity services. The role maintains accurate service materials, follows vendor actions to closure, builds dashboards and stakeholder reports, and identifies process improvements. It is a growth position intended to develop expertise in cyber product operations, service design, product propositions, and platform initiatives.

Leads the design, implementation, configuration, and deployment of complex customer solutions across Azure, Modern Workplace, cybersecurity, networking, and backup/disaster recovery. Produces high- and low-level designs and Statements of Work, supports presales, conducts design reviews, validates UAT, manages technical risks, establishes delivery standards, collaborates with service teams, and mentors engineers. Maintains advanced vendor certifications and provides senior technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Provides second-line, desk-based IT support to clients and colleagues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Microsoft 365, operating systems, Azure, networks, hardware, antivirus, and email protection issues; meeting SLAs; documenting cases; maintaining technical documentation; monitoring and maintaining systems; and mentoring colleagues. The role is home-based and requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills.

Lead Babble's content operating system: own the single source of truth, direct AI-powered content tools, set editorial standards, personally review and approve all published content, keep product and pricing facts accurate, organise content for discoverability, and report performance to the CMO.

Support planning and delivery of Babbles events, act as front-of-house ambassador, manage logistics and post-event reporting. Build and execute LinkedIn-focused social content, use AI tools for content creation, schedule and monitor posts, and use data to improve performance. Provide admin support to wider marketing projects and capture event and engagement data for the marketing function.
