Performs outbound prospecting, pre-approvals, loan applications, document preparation, and coordination with processing and underwriting. Maintains licensing, meets sales KPIs, provides customer updates and problem resolution, and ensures regulatory and investor compliance.

Provide day-to-day administration and optimization of the EPIC agency management system and lead management system, manage releases and feature rollouts, support users and logins, maintain documentation, assist with data integration and reporting, liaise with corporate IT, and support IT/cybersecurity compliance efforts.

Sell title insurance by securing orders from realtors, attorneys, lenders and buyers; manage the order pipeline from entry to closing; build and maintain client relationships through networking and presentations; meet monthly and annual sales targets; coordinate with operations and branch management; maintain accurate records and follow company workflows.
