Support commercial and sales activities for subsea cable projects: analyze market and competitor data, coordinate client inquiries, maintain portals and documentation, assist tender and proposal preparation, and deputise the Commercial Manager to maintain client relationships.

Coordinate global (de)mobilization of vessels and large equipment: manage shipping tenders and contracts, customs compliance, transport logistics, sea fastening design/installation coordination, reporting, and supplier/port agent relationships.

Manage end-to-end payroll for the DiveOps workforce, ensuring timely, accurate payments and compliance with PAYE and foreign tax rules. Process payroll transactions, reconcile control accounts, support international tax/hypo-tax calculations, maintain payroll data integrity, liaise with offshore teams, and assist the Payroll Manager as needed.

Lead technical delivery of subsea/offshore projects to meet contract and client requirements. Provide tender support, develop installation methodologies, oversee onshore/offshore execution, ensure safe engineering practices, and mentor trainee/project engineers.

Serve as the strategic interface between IT and assigned business domains: build stakeholder relationships, translate business needs into IT requirements, shape IT demand and portfolios, support business cases and governance, monitor initiative delivery and value realization, and promote continuous improvement and compliance.

Support portfolio governance and control for IT projects: run monthly reviews, consolidate and analyse project data, identify and escalate deviations, coach Project Managers, and provide administrative and financial project support.

Provide SHEQ support across tender, execution and completion phases for marine charters and projects. Prepare project documentation, lead risk assessments, perform inspections/audits, deliver SHEQ training, investigate incidents, track corrective actions, and produce monthly SHEQ performance reports.

Graduation research to model and quantify stress levels in bundled submarine power cables during laying and burial, using OrcaFlex. Assess influence of bundle configuration, stiffness, and bundling method; map installation risks; and produce design and operational recommendations for vessel deck equipment and burial tools.
