Lead development and governance of an enterprise Digital Safety Framework. Provide strategic direction, oversight, and compliance for cybersecurity and digital safety across IT and OT environments, aligning with regulatory and nuclear safety requirements. Collaborate with leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to manage risk, implement standards, and drive organizational change in high-risk, regulated settings.

Lead OT/IT-OT assessments and design for critical infrastructure, inventorying assets, evaluating cyber resiliency, and recommending secure, scalable architectures. Conduct gap analyses using NIST/IEC 62443/ITSG-33, produce technical designs, network segmentation and migration roadmaps, and present findings to stakeholders while collaborating with DND, facility engineers, IT teams, and vendors.
