Provides SAP Logistics Execution consulting, process design, configuration, troubleshooting, user training, documentation, and ongoing support across North American sites. Coordinates with headquarters on SAP process implementation and optimization, monitors issues and performance, supports EDI integrations, and serves as the primary on-call resource. Lead design, implementation, monitoring, reporting and maintenance of network and telephony infrastructure. Manage and provide technical leadership to a team of network engineers/administrators. Perform hands-on Cisco router/switch/firewall/VoIP configuration, routing protocols (EIGRP/OSPF/BGP), VPN/MPLS, QoS, wireless, NetFlow analysis, network security (IPsec/SSL/IDS/IPS), and documentation using Microsoft Office. Korean bilingual required. PM roles require ~8 years of team leadership.

Lead month-end and year-end close, prepare and review financial statements, oversee retail and distribution accounting (chargebacks, inventory, COGS), ensure GAAP compliance and controls, support audits and forecasting, manage cash flow and working capital, and supervise accounting staff while improving ERP workflows and reporting.

Perform data-driven analysis and reporting to inform product and sales strategy, conduct market and competitor research, liaise with parent company in Korea, support new product development, create presentations and monthly/annual reports, and fulfill special projects for executives while providing administrative and cross-functional support.

Manage enterprise network circuit lifecycle with emphasis on invoice auditing, billing reconciliation, and cost analysis. Order and provision circuits (MPLS, DIA, VPN, satellite), maintain configuration and ATO documentation, coordinate vendors and procurement, produce financial and status reports, and support configuration management for projects.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, coordinate with hiring managers, maintain ATS, extend offers, support onboarding, conduct reference checks, and provide HR/recruiting administrative support while ensuring positive candidate experience.

Manage monthly accounts receivable processes including invoicing in SAP, billing backups, contract organization, revenue forecasts and accruals. Use Excel for billing schedules and variance analysis, coordinate with account managers and cross-functional teams, pursue past-due balances, prepare audit support, and assist senior AR/AP staff with reporting and financial planning.

Provide accounts payable and purchasing support for the Cloud Business Division: process invoices, track purchase orders and vendor payments, manage vendor/customer registrations and quotations, handle PE/PO and resale projects, and coordinate with procurement, accounting, and legal teams. Communicate with vendors/customers to resolve order, lead-time, and shipment issues.
