Provide day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7 manufacturing environment. Manage tickets, participate in on-call rotation, assist in network projects, perform testing/validation, coordinate with vendors/ISPs, and maintain technical documentation and asset/IP records.

Provide first-line technical support for end-user computing and office automation: troubleshoot Windows hardware/software/network issues, manage device lifecycle and IT assets, handle ticketing, support conference room AV, enforce MDM policies, perform basic AD tasks, and deliver premium support for executives.

Manage end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, software, and maintenance: select vendors, negotiate contracts, process POs, resolve invoicing issues, track transactions, generate reports, train users, and support month-end close. Regular bilingual (Korean/English) communication with HQ and vendors required.

Provide B2B contract and deal desk support: execute contract approvals in SAP and Salesforce, issue purchase orders, manage vendor payments and credit memos, handle customer billing and AR, liaise between Business, Accounting, CFO Office and Legal, and respond to financial audit requests. Ensure accurate sales tax on invoices.

Manage monthly accounts receivable invoicing and billing backups, maintain contract and sales tracking documentation, use SAP and Excel for billing and forecasts, liaise with account managers and customers on renewals and past-due balances, support monthly accruals, prepare audit documentation and revenue allocation schedules.

Support cloud business division with procurement, purchase order and vendor management, invoice processing, billing, resale projects, vendor/customer registration, quotations, and cross-team communication.

Manage monthly accounts receivable invoicing and billing backups, maintain contract and sales tracking, update revenue forecasts and accruals, use SAP and Excel for billing and reporting, coordinate with account managers and customers to resolve past-due balances, and support audit documentation and cross-functional billing processes.

Provide technical support and systems analysis for manufacturing systems (MES), perform SQL-based reporting, monitor and tune enterprise systems, support implementations, train end users, and collaborate with PLC/control engineers to integrate manufacturing equipment. Communicate with multicultural teams in English and Korean.

Coordinate IT and cybersecurity projects, support PMO tasks, gather requirements, perform assessments and gap analyses, manage vendors and stakeholders, and produce bilingual (Korean/English) project documentation, reports, and presentations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Support and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure: deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper devices, routers, switches, and firewalls; monitor network performance; perform preventive maintenance; troubleshoot routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN; support server infrastructure and network upgrade projects while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
