Lead and manage project controls across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean: define BAS/BMS needs, build customer/vendor relationships, forecast sales, manage projects end-to-end, supervise and mentor BAS technicians, coordinate contractors, lead design reviews, ensure integration/commissioning (BACnet/Modbus), enforce QA/compliance, and deliver training and turnover documentation.

Support Supplier Management by validating supplier financial data, integrating supplier data with ERP and Watsco systems, producing forecasts, KPIs, dashboards, and reports, and training cross-functional teams on rebate and supplier financial processes using BI and Watsco software tools.

Leads infrastructure, network, Azure cloud, security tooling, technical support, disaster recovery, and business continuity operations. Owns infrastructure projects, governance, change management, monitoring, documentation, audits, incident response, vendor coordination, budgeting, and asset lifecycle management. Manages technical teams and support escalation while improving reliability, security, resiliency, cost efficiency, and operational standards across distributed business locations and remote users.

Lead regional HVAC residential and contractor sales by managing Territory Sales Managers, developing market strategies, securing accounts and market share, training and motivating staff, forecasting sales, resolving customer service issues, representing the company at dealer events and trade shows, and meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Own day-to-day activation, growth, and management of Watsco Ventures ecosystem of technology solutions. Manage provider relationships, track KPIs and dashboards, run operational programs, and drive solution adoption and financing across contractor networks. Identify gaps and growth opportunities, coordinate with leadership on goals and execution.

Prepare federal, state, and local corporate and partnership tax returns (1120, 1065), extensions, estimated payments, and quarterly/year-end tax provisions. Respond to notices and audits, perform tax research, advise management on tax strategies, maintain tax records, and support special tax projects.

Responsible for consultative territory selling: develop and grow dealer and contractor relationships, meet or exceed territory sales goals, prospect new business, maintain 20+ weekly face-to-face meetings, negotiate pricing, use CRM for opportunity tracking, analyze market data, represent company at events, and provide excellent customer service.
