Support cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, develop and execute product/process qualification plans, apply APQP tools (FMEA, control plans, PPAP), analyze quality data, drive CAPA, manage supplier quality, maintain quality systems and audits, and participate in new product development.

Lead New Product Development & Innovation projects for the FastenMaster division through OMG's Stage-Gate (PDR) process. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, VOC translation, gate reviews, launch readiness, KPI tracking, and cross-functional team alignment. Mentor junior PMs and use generative AI tools responsibly for communication and analysis. Promote safety and complete commercialization tasks.
