Coordinate and administer CEDA’s corporate travel program, including business travel and accommodation bookings. Coordinate RFP requirements, internal meetings, service-line quotes, timelines, deliverables, submissions, and client clarifications. Coordinate customer contract administration, change requests, amendments, and contractual communications. Lead RFP coordination by reviewing requirements, gathering information, organizing internal meetings, tracking timelines and deliverables, reviewing estimates, and preparing service quotes and submissions. Collaborate with operations teams, service lines, clients, and internal stakeholders while managing competing priorities, tight deadlines, confidentiality, and proposal accuracy.
