Manage technical projects for electro-mechanical aerospace actuators across full product lifecycle. Perform CAD design, FEA and stress analyses, optimize assemblies for manufacturing, work with cross-functional teams and customers, and ensure designs meet aerospace materials, environmental, and EMI requirements.

Design and develop manufacturing methods, tooling, and automation (including robotics). Support new product introduction, lead lean/Six Sigma initiatives, define capital investments, provide production process support, analyze designs for waste elimination and productivity, and ensure EHS compliance.
