Support end-to-end procurement operations globally including vendor onboarding and ERP setup, requisition validation, PO approval and maintenance, order confirmations, inquiry management, and reporting/governance to ensure compliance and SLA adherence.

Manage and improve commercial business applications (Salesforce, Qlik Sense, Google Analytics, ERP), lead application enhancement and digital transformation projects, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, deliver training/support, ensure data quality and reporting, and drive process improvements to meet business objectives.
