Assists with daily management of a 155-unit affordable housing property, including leasing, income recertification, tenant relations, rent collection, application processing, inspections, notices, invoices, compliance, and property activity reporting. Coordinates with vendors and prospective residents, maintains rental records, supports advertising, and prepares resident communications while following LIHTC regulations, income limits, fair housing laws, and applicable timelines.

Manages leasing, tenant relationships, occupancy, rent collection, compliance notices, inspections, maintenance coordination, unit readiness, and property communications for a 240-unit LIHTC community. Processes applications and credit checks, supports marketing, resolves emergencies, reviews expenses, and assists with annual budgeting. Requires strong LIHTC regulatory knowledge, property management experience, organization, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Manages daily operations of a 224-unit LIHTC community, including leasing, tenant and vendor relationships, rent collection, compliance-related notices, inspections, maintenance coordination, marketing support, emergency response, expense review, and budget preparation. Ensures property quality, occupancy, cleanliness, and regulatory adherence while delivering strong customer service.

Manages resident accounts, rent payment processing, collections, eviction filings, rent assistance, and accounting support for a 630-unit property. Prepares pre-close and month-end accounting tasks, move-out inspections, security deposit statements, and maintains accurate records. Provides resident customer service, responds to inquiries through EliseAI, supports leasing and office administration, and ensures compliance, confidentiality, and timely documentation.

Oversee affordable housing and LIHTC property portfolios across Colorado, including supervision of Regional Managers and on-site staff, compliance audits, inspections, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, financial reporting, rent collection, vendor contracts, and owner communication. Develop corrective action and business plans, maximize occupancy and NOI, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic operational leadership. Weekly travel throughout assigned properties is required.

Support day-to-day property operations for a 168-unit LIHTC community: tenant relations, leasing, income recertification, rent collection, compliance with LIHTC rules, inspections, vendor coordination, advertising, application processing, and recordkeeping.
