Own Aviko’s global QSR and foodservice growth agenda by developing strategic customer partnerships, managing the business development pipeline, leading negotiations, and converting opportunities into sustainable growth. Translate market trends into commercial plans, collaborate on customer-specific product concepts, align regional sales teams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, operations, quality, finance, marketing, and customer service. Regular international travel across Europe and customer locations is required.

Deliver lifecycle marketing, optimize wholesaler and e-commerce touchpoints, lead SEO and Google Ads, report on KPIs, collaborate with sales and partners, and apply AI/automation to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.
