Administer UKG Pro payroll and workforce management systems, process accurate and timely payroll, monitor timekeeping and attendance, configure pay rules and deductions, audit data, generate reports, troubleshoot system issues, manage access permissions, support upgrades and year-end W-2 activities, and ensure payroll compliance. The role also trains employees and managers and partners with HR, Benefits, Accounting, and Operations to resolve payroll and workforce management issues.

Lead end-to-end HR including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, compliance, HRIS and benefits. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and policy evolution while promoting safety, engagement, and operational HR processes.

Support sales by delivering product-specific data, managing new-product implementation, updating specs and BOMs, testing in AX, providing field support and product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical solutions and project management.

Design and develop valves and components for waterworks using CAD and simulations. Perform calculations and testing, collaborate with manufacturing for DFM and rapid prototyping, support sales on custom solutions, document technical drawings, and contribute to product validation and continuous improvement.

Support LPG sales across the Eastern US by generating and qualifying leads, coordinating quotes, maintaining CRM data, preparing sales materials, supporting account analysis and reporting, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to drive customer engagement and growth.

Provide in-person and remote IT support across office and manufacturing environments: troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues; manage desktops/laptops, switches, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365; maintain IT assets and security systems; coordinate vendors and projects; document systems and processes.
