Lead support and strategic development of SuccessFactors Succession & Development globally. Ensure stable operations, expand talent-management capabilities, identify AI-driven improvements, gather requirements, plan implementations, support cross-functional IT projects, and coordinate external service providers.

Lead client advisory and project management for real estate/construction projects: advise from strategy to delivery, manage procurement, contracts, design coordination, commercial control, risk, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Design, specify and support audiovisual systems for corporate, event and entertainment spaces. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors; select AV equipment; produce site surveys and integration requirements; review third-party deliverables and participate in project meetings.

Design electrical building systems and produce/modify 3D electrical drawings using Revit. Calculate electrical equipment components, assist in client-aligned designs, coordinate with authorities and project participants, and collaborate with international, multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.

Operate, maintain and support Cisco-based network infrastructure; plan and implement network projects; ensure high availability; perform monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting and capacity planning; act as 2nd-level technical contact and collaborate with global IT teams.

Support and develop global HR systems, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation, Employee Central, Reporting). Shape HR processes, HR reporting landscape, integrations, and coordinate external providers while moderating workshops and planning implementations.

Lead company-wide data management and governance, define roles and processes, set data quality KPIs, drive master data harmonization, coordinate with departments and external partners, and support selection and implementation of data maintenance tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Implement and maintain data protection, governance, and classification frameworks. Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO, NIST), run DPIAs, map and classify datasets, define retention policies, support data minimization and incident response, deliver training, and advise on technical controls (DLP, encryption, access controls). Collaborate with cybersecurity, legal, compliance, IT, and business units and support audits and governance programs.
