Advise HR stakeholders on implementing, configuring, enhancing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals. Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, agents, tools, MCP connections, and front-end and back-end components; supporting cloud and on-premise operations; gathering requirements; advancing AI platforms and architectures; evaluating models and frameworks; and documenting solutions. The role serves internal and external construction and real estate stakeholders.
