Manage and enforce safety and regulatory compliance across multiple US regions. Lead safety programs, training, inspections, accident investigations, DOT/pesticide/OSHA/EPA compliance, workers' compensation support, and collaborate with insurance. Frequent travel required and oversee regional safety committees, manuals, and regulatory documentation.

Oversee regional safety and regulatory compliance across West, South, and Midwest regions. Develop and deliver safety trainings, conduct inspections and accident investigations, manage DOT, OSHA, EPA, pesticide, and right-to-know compliance, support workers' comp and liability claims, coordinate drug/alcohol programs, and chair regional safety committees. Regular travel (~75%) and E Rail certification, background check, and drug screening required.
