Supports full-cycle accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, billing, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, vendor management, and cash monitoring. Supports sales and project delivery for laboratory automation solutions across biotech, pharmaceutical, and research customers. Analyzes scientific requirements, designs technical workflows, evaluates instruments and system layouts, prepares proposals and presentations, and assists with deployment, protocol development, acceptance testing, and customer support. Requires strong scientific or engineering knowledge, customer-facing communication skills, and experience with automated laboratory systems. Domestic and international travel is required periodically.
